GPP vs. SPP.

GPP stands for general physical preparedness, and it’s what CrossFit is all about. CrossFit for general population,GPP is all about building physical attributes that would benefit someone on an athletic field. Things like metabolic conditioning, aerobic endurance, strength, power, flexibility, speed, and your physical structure. Being ready for what life has to throw at you.

As a sports season approaches, athletes begin focusing more on the skills they need to be successful on the field. This is known as SPP, specific physical preparedness.

Most don’t “compete” in CrossFit, but use it as a tool to improve our lives outside the gym.

Our compete team go the extra mile to get every last second/kilo/meter out of their training… Its not only a way to improve fitness & health… But it is their sport!
